Individualized Care

For Adolescents

Highland Ridge Hospital offers adolescents ages 12 to 17 years old in crisis, particularly those needing immediate stabilization and intervention, a safe, secure and healing environment supported by an experienced and caring staff. It is our goal to educate the community that resources are available and we are here to help anytime, day or night.

For adolescents who are struggling emotionally, behaviorally or academically our programs help the individual develop boundaries, learn appropriate expression of emotions, increase self-esteem, and develop acceptable social skills.

For Adults

Every individual admitted to inpatient or partial hospital programs receives a comprehensive history and physical exam, a psycho-social evaluation, an addiction assessment, and a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation when indicated. A multi-disciplinary team develops a comprehensive treatment and aftercare plan and then reviews patient progress daily. We provide 24-hour assessments, including physician review. Individuals can be admitted to our psychiatric treatment programs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
