Highland Ridge Hospital, a national leading behavioral health care company seeks a Regional Marketing Representative for its Midvale, UT location.

Our Regional Marketing Rep. will bring experience as a knowledgeable and effective marketer, dynamic communicator and skilled client-centered consultant, along with enthusiasm to learn and grow with the organization. Ideal candidate will have experience in developing national accounts that will refer to inpatient treatment centers outside of their area. In addition will foster ongoing relationships with National companies that have benefits for inpatient treatment programs. This position will involve extensive travel and will be based in Midvale, UT.
 

Candidate must have:

• A proven track record in Marketing, Behavioral Health experience preferred 
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
• Experience developing innovative and successful marketing programs.

Marketing and sales support experience that includes:

• Developing effective brand strategy and brand identity programs.
• A demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies
• Interactive marketing planning.
• Experience tracking, measuring and reporting the results of marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
• An entrepreneurial attitude and a proactive business style
• Market EAP Services a plus
• Managed Care Contract and Wellness Program Experience a plus
